This was a fun and challenging project, because it required not only the design of a replacement part, but also the design of a custom, disposable flaring tool that would have to be used by customers. See installation video below:

Featuring anodized billet parts, a 6061 raw installation too using hardened taper point set screws, and custom 304 stainless steel pins that are flared by the custom tool. The part itself was trivial to design, but writing instructions, and creating tooling that a home game novice mechanic could use was challenging.
